How do designers find their first jobs?

What these jobs have in common is they require you to be proficient in Figma and Adobe. My skills would be being proficient in adobe so I can qualify for that requirement.

  For my designs I wanted them to feel silly and look full of air in a way. I thought that to make it mix and match I would change the type for each letter. The type changes in 2 and 3 I feel are the most accurate to the pencil roughs which I like. The last one Cartoon Chaos seems very childish which was the goal but the type wasn't what I wanted, it is close to the pencil rough though. I like that they turned out close to the pencil roughs.
